ATOL Protection
Flights
All monies paid by you for the flights shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 73624. For more information see our terms and conditions.
Packages
All packages booked via Bluebird Travel are ATOL protected by the relevant ATOL holder. This increases your protection. In all cases you are either 100% protected via our membership of ATOL (Member Number 73624) or our Supplier Failure Insurance. For more information see our terms and conditions.
ABTA Protection
All Bookings
As members of ABTA we are required to meet very strict requirements and operate within a specific code of conduct. Failure to do so would mean we can not remain members. When you see the ABTA logo you can be assured of quality. Furthermore Bluebird Travel holds a bond with the Association of British Travel Agents (Membership Number 76527). In the extremely unlikely event, considering Bluebird's Zero Debt and full ownsership of Assets, that we should fail this ABTA bond ensures that you will either get the good that you have paid for or your money back in full.
Supplier Failure Cover
Do It Yourself Packages
ATOL protection covers pre-package holidays booked as a bundle, for example a Thomas Cook holiday. If you were to book a flight and hotel seperately in a taylor made packeage we include a special insurance policy which gives you extra protection.
SFC does not replace normal holiday insurance, but it does give financial protection in the event of one of more suppliers of your holiday failing. For example, if you had booked a flight, hotel and car hire through us but the flight company ceased trading, you would either be entitled to a full refund for all items or claim the cost of finding alternative flights.
Worldchoice
All Bookings
As members of worldchoise we are required (like ABTA) to meet strict operating practices. In additon to this Worldchoice gives our staff the latest up to date training in how to handle supplier failure.
